En 'Predator' estuvo a punto de aparecer la Teniente Ellen Ripley de 'Alien'

No es ningún secreto que las sagas de 'Alien' y 'Predator' pertenecen al mismo universo, y así lo demuestran los crossovers de 'Alien vs. Predator'. Sin embargo, los lazos entre ambas se cortaron en 2007, tras el estreno de 'Aliens vs. Predator 2'. Desde entonces, las líneas argumentales de ambas han seguido su camino individualmente.

El animador Yuri Everson desveló ayer en su Instagram que podría haberse establecido de nuevo la conexión entre ambas sagas en uno de los finales alternativos de 'Predator', que se estrenó el pasado mes de septiembre.

We shot 3 different endings for #thepredator, all variations of a "Predator Killer". This unused ending was Predator Killer Ripley wearing the breather mask we created for the film. You can see her name tag there on her costume. Breanna Watkins played Ripley under the mask instead of Sigourney Weaver. The moving "fingers" and "tail" were deemed too facehugger-like on the day and were cut and removed by someone... ??
